It consists of providing an integral service of table of aid and service in site, based on the requests of services of the Users of the Client, previously canalized and registered directly via help desk, allowing to grant and to fulfill dates of commitment for each requirement through a correct registry, canalization, following, analyses and solution of the same ones in the levels of committed services.

In this service, professionals involved apply the following aspects in the required functions of the Client.

Registry of each one of the requests of the clients.
Canalization of the requests with the indicated personnel.
Pursuit to each one of the requests and escalation of requests.
Information analysis for each improvement process.
Effective attention to each requirement by telephone or in site.
Solution to user’s problems.
Detection of areas of opportunity at user’s processes.
